Burg is a brand-new program for boot loader based on GRUB. It uses a new object format which allows it to be built in a wider range of OS, including Linux/Windows/OSX/Solaris/FreeBSD etc. It also has a highly configurable menu system which works in both text and graphic mode.

How to install?
To install the latest burg boot loader just follow the steps below.
- Setup software sources from System/Administration/Software Sources (or insert those two lines to /etc/apt/sources.list)
- Now copy this two lines and add them individually as shown in above pictures (if you did it in /etc/apt/sources.list via text editor then skip this step).
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/bean123ch/burg/ubuntu lucid main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/bean123ch/burg/ubuntu lucid main
- Now open terminal and write this command or copy and paste it in terminal
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install burg
- Confirm if it ask anything during installation.
